Every review is a set of numeric ratings across defined categories covering the condition of the property and the experience of renting it. Property scores are averages of those submitted ratings, so a score moves as more renters contribute.
Anonymity is built in: no reviewer names, no landlord names, and no personal details are published. Anti-fraud measures include verified accounts, one review per property, rate limiting and automated flagging for admin review.
Rent benchmark figures come from open public data sources, and tenancy registration information shown on property pages is community-reported by renters rather than drawn from an official register.
