SafeRent Ireland is a free platform that lets renters look up any rental address, reach official RTB resources, and see structured anonymous ratings left by previous tenants before signing a lease.
We focus on properties, not people. We publish no landlord names and no reviewer names, only 1 to 5 numeric ratings and aggregated averages per property. We are not affiliated with the Residential Tenancies Board.
Review integrity relies on overlapping checks: verified email accounts, one review per property per account, daily submission limits, optional tenant verification, community reporting and automatic flagging of suspicious patterns.
