Swords is a large north-Dublin town near the airport, with strong Fingal employment and improving transport plans (MetroLink is proposed but not yet delivered). Housing is largely estate stock and modern apartments. A national rent cap applies since March 2026, limiting increases to the lower of 2% or inflation. Confirm current bus times, not planned Metro.
