Dundrum combines Green Line Luas access, the country's largest shopping centre and a growing office base. Housing is largely 20th-century semi-detached with newer apartment blocks near the Luas. Rents are elevated but slightly under D4 levels. A national rent cap applies since March 2026, limiting increases to the lower of 2% or inflation.
