Clondalkin is a west-Dublin suburb with Red Line Luas access and lower rents than the inner city. Housing is largely 1970s–2000s estate stock with newer apartment developments near the Luas. A national rent cap applies since March 2026, limiting increases to the lower of 2% or inflation.
