Check a rent review notice or a notice of termination against Irish tenancy rules and get a ready to send reply if it is not valid.
A rent review needs at least 90 days notice in writing, on the RTB form, and rent can be reviewed once every 12 months. Increases are capped at the lower of 2% per year or inflation.
A notice of termination must be in writing and signed, give between 90 and 224 days notice depending on tenancy length, state a valid ground, and be copied to the RTB on the same day. Sale or family use requires a statutory declaration.
